About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Keeper to join our pharmacy operations team. The role involves ensuring the smooth flow of products from receipt to display, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting sales with timely stock replenishment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload, receive, and ensure proper presentation of products on shelves according to FEFO (First Expiry, First Out).
  • Verify supplier invoices against pharmacy orders before receiving products and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Inspect products for damages or inconsistencies, record findings, and coordinate reimbursements.
  • Carry out stock-related tasks such as returning, preparing, and packing items.
  • Conduct regular stock inventory in both the warehouse and pharmacy.
  • Replenish stock as needed to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain clean, organized storage zones.
  • Prepare and process warehouse transfers.
  • Handle merchandise according to quality and safety standards.
  • Assist sales representatives in stock replenishment when required.
  • Monitor stock movement daily, identifying slow- and fast-moving items.
  • Distribute orders to respective departments efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or stock control (preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to ensure effective territory coverage.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and the sharing of best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for new sales representatives on products and sales techniques.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Support the sales team in daily operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for market growth and customer acquisition.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales performance reports.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Gather feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement.

Territory Planning

  • Allocate territories and ensure optimal coverage of assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support field activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations to support sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales to pharmacies, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
