Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to ensure effective territory coverage.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and the sharing of best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for new sales representatives on products and sales techniques.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Support the sales team in daily operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for market growth and customer acquisition.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales performance reports.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Gather feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement.

Territory Planning

  • Allocate territories and ensure optimal coverage of assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support field activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations to support sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales to pharmacies, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
