Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to ensure effective territory coverage.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and the sharing of best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for new sales representatives on products and sales techniques.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Support the sales team in daily operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for market growth and customer acquisition.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales performance reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Gather feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement.
Territory Planning
- Allocate territories and ensure optimal coverage of assigned regions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support field activities.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to support sales activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales to pharmacies, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
